Ethics, honesty, quality, understanding and compassion are values that I hold in high esteem. You displayed all of them in the short time you were here. You did an exceptional job on the carpet you repaired. When I handed you the money my husband had given to me for you, you thanked me and went on you way. Within a half hour you were back and returned $80.00 to me. I had not realized the extra was there and you could have so easily have said “too bad, too sad”. Your own values and self worth prevented you from taking advantage of a silly mistake. Thank you so very much for being an honest businessman. There is much to be said about old fashion values. Maybe some day it won’t be “old fashion” any more.

The day will come in the not too distant future, when the “Trades” will make a comeback as a viable career choice. Teachers will be needed, and I believe you would make an excellent one.

When I called, you answered the phone personally and appeared at my home to do the repair within one day and exactly at the prearranged time. We could not have been more pleased with your quick response and professional manner when you came to repair a large burn in our living room carpet. When the log rolled out of the fireplace and on to the Carpet we thought we were doomed to either replacing the carpet or having to cover the burn with a throw rug.
